Mahendra Bahadur Pandey

Chairperson

Mahendra Bahadur Pandey is a prominent Nepalese politician and diplomat. He was a Minister for Foreign Affairs in 2014 and later became the Ambassador of Nepal to China in 2020. He has a background in education and was an Associate Professor at Tribhuvan University for 20 years.

Apart from his diplomatic responsibilities, Pandey holds the position of Chief of Education and Human Resource Department of the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist-Leninist). He is the Chairperson of the College Management Committee at Madan Bhandari Memorial College and also chairs the Central Executive Committee at Madan Bhandari Foundation.

Mahendra Bahadur Pandey has received various prestigious awards and recognition for his contributions to the nation-building and journalism, including the Prabal Janasewashree and Suprabal Janasewashree awards from the Government of Nepal.
